WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours shipping on orders over £30 (Thirty GBP).

Standard Shipping Fees

We also offer shipping (for orders under £30) at the following rates:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number for the package. You will also receive tracking information and updates directly from Royal Mail.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We endeavour to ship all orders within 1 working day of confirmation.

Orders are only shipped on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
